Carlisle Student Houses and Student Rooms
- Seven large student houses in Carlisle city centre - so only a short walk to shops, Uni, entertainment and food outlets
- All of our Carlisle student houses are on a 47 week contract from the 1st September.
- Flat screen TVs in the lounge and inclusive WIFI.
- Prices are inclusive of all bills - so no arguments over who pays.
- Our student houses are licensed with Carlisle City Council and comply with all Gas, Electric and Fire Alarm regulations.
- Individual contracts so you are not jointly liable (very important)
- We manage our own student houses so no Letting Agent fees and problems are sorted out as quickly as possible
- Competitive rents - start from only £58 per week including bills.
- Deposits - between £170 and £270 depending on room type. All deposits are held in a Government authorised scheme.
- Duration - our usual minimum term is 6 months although we do on occasion offer shorter terms
